Prisma Walia

School Psychologist

As a Chicana and Punjabi woman, Prisma’s personal experiences and higher education have motivated her to focus on conducting strength-based psycho educational evaluations and clinical work to lift the voices of historically marginalized communities, especially Brown and Black youth and their families as they face k-12 schools.

Prisma is honored to serve the community, including families who are immigrants with children who are to be the first born in the USA, who are the first to navigate the English speaking institutions and public education system, which is no easy feat.
