Ashly was born and raised in the Bay Area and wants to continue to provide the best support to this amazing community. She is passionate about providing equitable and accessible education for all students. She also wants to be an advocate for those who might need an extra voice of support.

Ashly has been a Special Education Teacher for six years and has a strong understanding of how things flow in a classroom and what can be included to make general education curriculum more accessible to all students with IEPs or neurodiversities. Ashly has worked with a variety of students with different disabilities and has experience with how best to support these students with compassion and encouragement. She believes everyone can learn given the right support and love.

Ashly received her Special Education teaching credential and her Masters in the Art of Teaching from Saint Mary’s College of California. She strives to make sure that all students and families understand the importance of access and what the IEP process means. Ashly also has her Educational Therapy Credentials, which provides her with additional tools and techniques that are integrated into her practice.
